I’m excited to share that I’ve just released a new remix on HUSLY, the fresh label launched by my good friend and fellow Danish producer, Kornum.
When Kornum approached me about remixing On Me, the latest track from up-and-coming Danish artist Laust Foged, I jumped at the opportunity. The original is a groovy house tune, and I immediately had an idea of how I could rework it into a clubby tech-house version.
As soon as I heard On Me, I knew exactly where I wanted to take it. The original’s smooth, infectious groove provided the perfect foundation, and I aimed to give it that extra punch to make it really hit on the dance floor. I focused on building the energy, layering in driving beats and tech-house elements to create a version that’s primed for peak-hour club sets. My goal was to keep the essence of Laust Foged’s original while infusing it with a harder, more intense vibe.
